抄録: The program simulating a fire spread during an Earthquake was developed. A potential of burning of different structures was introduced, and a process of energy-exchange during a fire was calculated. By using this progrum, the fire spread in Mikura Sugawara-cho, Nagata district, Kobe city, during the 1995 Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake was simulated. A simulated velocity of fire spread was a little bit faster than the one during the earthquake. It is considered that the collapsed houses reduce the velocity of fire spread.</summary>

    <summary type="text">タイトル: Yb-Coアモルファス薄膜の磁気的性質

抄録: Magnetic properties of Yb-Co amorphous alloy films prepared by rf magnetron sputtering are studied. Compositional and temperature dependencies of saturation magnetization are measured. Based on the mean field analysis of these data, it is strongly suggested that Yb becomes 2+ ions instead of 3+ in the alloy and loose their magnetic moment. The decrease of Co atomic moment by the addition of Yb is well coincide with the theory based on the virtual bound model. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy as measured is found to be mainly from the shape anisotropy and the intrinsic perpendicular anisotropy could not be separated.</summary>

    <summary type="text">タイトル: 進行波型超音波モータの安定制御の研究

抄録: Driving principle of a traveling wave type ultrasonic motors are different from those of the electoromagnetic motors. It has good characteristics of a simple structure, large-torque at low speed and short start-stop times. As actuators for prosthetic arm, we propose to use it. But, it is not easy to control them, because they are generated heat by frictional motion between a stator and rotor. Then resonance frequency are changed to lower region with respect to rise of the temperature. For tracking resonance frequency change, we propose to use a phenomenon that phase difference between electric voltage and current wave is the same in resonance condition.</summary>

These districts are specified by Low of National Land Planning. These are the Areas of Depopulation, Mountainous Region, Isolated Island, Peninsula and Heavy Snowfall Areas. This study is at the regarding with national wide, aims to find general information concerning Specific District, the system of the planning, the transition of populations and estimate of effect on the policy of planning by population analysis.</summary>
